陶芸手帖（以下「本サービス」）は、ユーザーの個人情報およびプライバシーの保護を重要な責務と考えています。本ポリシーは、本サービスにおける個人データの収集・利用・共有・保管・保護の方法、およびユーザーの権利について説明します。

1. 収集する情報

アカウント情報：将来、アカウント登録機能を提供する場合には、氏名・メールアドレス等を必要に応じて取得することがあります。
お問い合わせ時の情報：お問い合わせ対応のため、ユーザーがフォームに入力した氏名・メールアドレス・内容等を取得することがあります（第三者提供のフォームサービスを利用する場合があります）。
利用データ：アクセス日時、閲覧ページ、デバイス情報、IP アドレス等の技術情報（サイト運営・品質改善・セキュリティ目的）。
クッキー等識別子：必須クッキーを使用するほか、分析/計測クッキーや（導入する場合は）広告クッキーを利用することがあります。広告・分析に関するクッキーは、同意がある場合に限り利用します。
デバイス識別子：アプリや計測のために IDFA などの識別子を利用する場合があります。その際は明示的な同意を取得します。

3. CCPA に関する通知

カリフォルニア州の居住者は、CCPA に基づき、以下の権利を有します：収集する個人情報のカテゴリおよび利用目的の開示、アクセス権、削除権、訂正権、個人情報の「販売」または「共有」に対するオプトアウト権、差別的取扱いの禁止。

現時点で、本サービスはユーザーの個人情報を第三者に対価を得て「販売」することはありません。将来ポリシーが変更される場合には、本ページを更新し、必要な同意やオプトアウト手段を提供します。

4. IDFA（Apple 広告識別子）の取り扱い

本サービスは、広告計測や属性分析のために IDFA を利用する場合があります。
IDFA の取得・利用は、ユーザーの明示的な同意に基づきます（iOS のトラッキング許可）。
ユーザーは、iOS 設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキングから許可/拒否を管理できます。

5. クッキー等の利用

必須クッキー：サイトの基本機能に必要で、オプトアウトできません。
分析/計測クッキー：利用状況の理解と改善に使用（同意に基づきます）。
広告クッキー：導入する場合は同意に基づいて使用します。

6. 保管期間

収集目的の達成に必要な期間、または法令で要求される期間保存します。不要になったデータは安全に削除します。

7. 第三者提供・委託・国際移転

本サービスは、フォーム送信・ホスティング・分析等の目的で信頼できる第三者サービスプロバイダに処理を委託する場合があります。個人データが海外（例：米国）のサーバに保存・移転される場合があります。EEA 域外へ個人データを移転する場合は、標準契約条項（SCCs）など適切な保護措置を講じます。APPI に基づく外国第三者提供に該当する場合は、必要な情報提供・同意取得を行います。

8. 子どものプライバシー

本サービスは 13 歳未満（居住国により異なる場合あり）の児童を意図しておらず、児童の個人情報を故意に収集しません。

個人データの機密性・完全性・可用性を保護するため、合理的な技術的・組織的安全管理措置を実施しています。

10. ユーザーの権利

Tougei Techo (the "Service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy aligns with Japan's APPI, GDPR, and CCPA. Depending on the features we offer, we may collect and use personal data to the extent necessary. Where required by law, we will provide notice, obtain consent, and offer opt-out options.

Inquiry data: when you contact us, we may collect the information you submit (e.g., name, email, message) to respond to you (we may use a third‑party form provider).

4. IDFA (Apple Advertising Identifier)

We may use IDFA for advertising measurement and attribution in our apps.
IDFA is collected/used only with your explicit consent (iOS tracking permission).
You can manage permissions in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies: required for core site functionality (not subject to opt-out).
Analytics/measurement cookies: used to understand usage and improve (subject to consent).
Advertising cookies: used for personalized ads where introduced (subject to consent).

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law, and delete it securely when no longer needed.
